项目概况

本项目规划占地690亩，主要以轻工、建材、矿石、杂件为主的散货仓储区，综合楼和停车场等。

项目用地规划已选定，进港路、4号路、营闸路、供电线路、5万吨航道一期工程已基本建设，铁山港铁路支线、铁山港区兴港路、7号路、5万吨水厂、2个万吨商贸码头将将于2008年建成；届时将构成铁山港临海工业区的公路、铁路、航运通达的交通、物流网络，将为货物大进大出提供便利条件。

规划中的铁山港港口岸线码头具有建设投资少，回报高的特点，同时项目符合铁山港正在发展的港口物流发展工业政策。随着广西炼油工程的推进，铁山港的仓储物流工业将激增，而进港路、建设中的合河铁路铁山港支线为项目的交通奠定了基础，充足的水电资源为项目建设提供了保证。

Project Profile

The project is planned to cover an area of 45 hectare, is mainly in light industry, building materials, ores, mainly miscellaneous pieces of bulk storage, Building and parking lots.

Planning the project location has been selected, the road entering the road, No.4 Road, Yingpan-Zhakou Road, power lines, 50,000 tons of fairways the first phase has been the capital, Tieshan’gang rail link, Tieshan’gang District Xinggang Road, No.7 Road, 50,000-ton water factory, two-million-ton commerce terminal will be completed in 2008. A logistics and transport network of sea and land transportation will take shape, it will provide favorable conditions for goods exported in great quantities.

Planning of building Tieshan’gang coastline terminals is with less investment, high-return characteristics, the project match development policy of Tieshan’gang logistics industry. With the development of refinery project in Guangxi, Tieshan’gang warehousing logistics industry will be increasingly more, the completion of road entering the port and the underway construction of Hepu-Hechun Railway, Tieshan’gang Branch lay a solid foundation in traffic and sufficient hydro-electric power resources provides guarantee for the project.
