项目概况

本项目是合浦县“十一五”规划期间的一个重点项目。一期工程计划建设以下基础设施：港区进港公路10.5公里，工业区路网和给排水设施一批，供水工程以及污水处理厂各一座，110KV变电站一座，5万吨级、3万吨级、2万吨级码头各一个，1万吨级码头3个。

合浦县铁山港东岸港区规划总占地面积5493公顷，其中港口占地580公顷，共可建12个泊位，其中1、2、3万吨级泊位各2个，5万吨级泊位6个。岸线长度约4.5公里，规划码头进深800-1800米，每个码头岸线长约200-500米。临海工业区4913公顷，工业区位于港口东北侧，与码头相连。规划分三期实施：一期工程开发1033.7公顷（其中工业用地453.7公顷，码头580公顷），二期工程开发946.3公顷，远期工程开发3513公顷。

港区选址用地部分为合浦县榄根制盐有限公司所有，公司辖区内生产基地面积710公顷，其中一期工程国有用地面积179.2公顷，土地所有权属国有，用地性质为工业用地。目前该公司在职及离退休职工总人数853人，安置费用为2018万元，土地开发费用较低。项目建成后将缩短桂东南地区通向港口的距离，为玉林等地区工农业产品的进港出海提供了便利，对促进两地经济交流和推动地方经济的发展将发挥较大作用。

East Coast Harbor District Construction of Hepu County & Tieshan’gang District

Project Profile

This project is one of key projects of Hepu county during "11th Five-Year Plan" period. Phase 1 construction includes sub-projects as follows: 10.5-km highway of entry into the port, road network of industrial areas and o a number of drainage facilities, water works and sewage treatment plants all one, an 110 KV substation, a 50,000-ton, and a 30,000 tons, a 20,000-ton terminal and three 10,000-ton terminals.

Hepu county Tieshan’gang Harbor east coast harbor planning 5,493 hectares of the total land area, which covers 580 hectares of port, a total of 12 berths can be built, including one 10,000-ton, 20,000-ton, and 30,000-ton berth respectively, six 50,000-ton berths. Coastline length of about 4.5km, 800-1800 meters deep into planning terminals, each terminal coastline is about 200-500 meters. Offshore Industrial Zone is 4,913 hectares, the zone is located on the northeastern side of the port and terminals connected. Plan implemented in three phases: Phase 1 Project 1033.7 hectares (453.7 hectares of industrial land, the terminal 580 hectares), the development of the second phase project of 946.3 hectares, 3,513 hectares of long-term development projects.

Hepu county land for the sitting of some of the Hepu Langen Saltworks Company Limited, the company area production base area of 710 hectares, of which 179.2 hectares of land in the first-phase project of the state, state ownership of all land, the land for industrial use. At present, the total number of 853 companies serving staff and retired workers, a cost of 20.18 million Yuan resettlement, land development and lower cost. Southeast of Guangxi leading to the port project is completed, it will shorten the distance between Yulin and other areas of industrial and agricultural products to throughout the sea, play a greater role to promote the exchange of the two economics and local economic development.
